What types of surf products do you offer?
We specialize in everything surf-related! Our product range includes wetsuits (full, junior, and men’s), surfboards (longboards, funboards, fish & hybrids), beachwear (bikinis, boardshorts), accessories (backpacks, bags, caps, beanies, lycras), and surf clothing for men and kids.
Do you offer different sizes for wetsuits and clothing?
Yes! We carry a full range of sizes for all our wetsuits and clothing items. Check each product page for specific sizing charts to help you find your perfect fit.
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We offer products for surfers of all levels, from beginners to pros. Our bodyboards and funboards are particularly great for those just starting out, while our performance wetsuits and hybrid boards cater to more experienced surfers.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.
Is my payment information secure?
Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all transactions, and we never store your full payment details on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We deliver surf stoke worldwide! We ship to most countries, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, feel free to contact us.
What are your shipping options?
We offer two great shipping options:
🚀 Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
🌊 Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (like summer holidays), please allow for slightly longer processing times.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear’s journey from our warehouse to your local break!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Just contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
